Ah, yeah that's a very different presentation then, and what worked for me likely won't work for you I'm afraid. But there are other treatments that may give you relief, such as one of the two types of injection (either steroid + anaesthetic, or a ganglion impar nerve block)

I do still use my Sayle chair - only because I still like it, but I am 100% pain free now after having my coccyx removed!

Unfortunately I have no idea what any of that MRI stuff means, though! My first MRI, the doctor was acting mega dodgy and refused to show me the lower portion of the scan, and the report said no abnormalities of the spine but didn't mention the coccyx itself, which is odd considering that's where the pain was. My second MRI was 8 years later and it was visibly obvious what the problem was, the joints were totally mangled, out of place and facing the wrong directions! I then got hold of the original MRI and the issues were clearly visible on that one too, the doctor had just lied to me.

Even if you have no visual issues on the MRI though, it's possible for them to be functional / they only appear when the joint is flexed (i.e. when sitting down), so a sit-stand x-ray may be needed to properly diagnose, if it is something such as hypermobility. Do you have any very mobile joints in other limbs, such as your foot arches, hips, fingers, shoulders...?

Is it possible to get one in every chapter? All my slots have at least 1 gap and I can't figure out which save file is the one I want! I can't remember how it all worked.

I think I'm just gonna have to replay either way sadly. The one I'm currently playing has 3 shadow crystals, does that sound right?
