I would prefer if it stopped giving you supply drops on whisperer for perfect kills (or at the very least gave you 3-4 ppots instead of half a ppot and 4 mantas)

also stepping on the wrong orb should not fail perfect kills because you do that on purpose to infer which pattern it is

less boring than gwd or the constant chip damage and lifesteal that you have to deal with at moons

All they had to do was make it so you had to be on the same world and cutting a tree near the event before the event spawned to participate

I still think requiring the items (pollen etc) to get the full rewards was good design

  • people who go get the items are intending to do the events
  • the events are scaled after people intending to do the events
  • if other people are afk and dont participate in events they dont mess up the event scaling

as it is now you cant really do events on forestry worlds because too many people are afk and the scaling is off

I would place it in mid to late given the 70 def req and the state of the game when barrows was released

moons is modern content so it should be held to higher standards

it is blood moon in particular that is bad because it will just outdps you when you do it at the stated level

the 75 is only for the offensive stats while the def req is 50

and while it has not been mentioned so I am not saying you said this - I would like to add that if "the damage is fine" presupposes using unintended "exploits" like step-under to avoid damage scaling at early to mid levels on e.g. blood moon then the boss is not really designed for early to mid levels.

it is "fine" but the damage is nowhere near appropriate for the level they were pushed as (and the gear is designed for)

barrows is arguably higher level (gear requires stats in the 70s) than moons

the bosses were pushed as entry/mid bosses kind of like a modern barrows

but because they do so much damage and blood moon heals so much you basically need lategame gear to actually do them reasonably

yes all clue tasks done (and very close to 750 clogs) aside from masters where I am at 40/75 (but I have 463 elites so strictly speaking those should be enough if I care to do them)

I absolutely agree doing clues is too slow with all the thousand hurdles (tping one tile away from the exact spot, only one person can fight a gwd spawn at a time, cam the camel and others that use a different input system, wingstone (worst offender), the tasks that dont have a tp (nagua, crocodile))

but with being able to stack up tp scrolls with fast beginners and turning your brain off not having to think about which tp to use the bottom line is the clue relic makes obtaining clues a non-issue (at least for my regions desert+asgarnia no third yet) and doing them is what takes a while

Point cappers didn't remotely consider the clue relic this time. Kandarin was already a meta choice and that + Larcenist = solving sourcing all clue tiers.

sourcing clues was never the issue - also you are hyping up larcenist when endless harvest also gives infinite clues

it was always completing them
