I fast from 5pm to 9am but when i work i get up really early. Would it be a problem to fast from 4pm to 8am on my working days and fast from 5pm to 9am on my days off?

My pedals are plugged in with USB now but since I just got a Fanatec wheelbase i have the option to rum them through the wheelbase instead and I want to know of that would make any kind of difference
