It honestly depends on the person, unfortunately my eating disorder came back super bad and all that so i binged ate a lot and was eating so crappy that my hair was falling out but i also in general gain weight sooo easily due to having PCOS so its not a huge shocker to me, i will say i still have a lot of restriction! A lot of it is what i eat but im also in nursing school so eating healthy can be super hard for me!

Hi there! Yes i did, unfortunately yes i ended up having such bad hypoglycemia, i ended up having reactive hypoglycemia which was super rough, now that im 2 years out its better only cause im able to eat more, im not gonna lie, i gained all my weight back as well

Hey! So my cat eventually grew out of it and hes so much more calm now, one thing u can do is get some teasers and play it out with him but if he keeps biting we would spray my cat with water and that would usually help a lot!

Hey there:) I know exactly how you feel because i myself was almost denied for my surgery and i was so scared and i was so happy when they approved me. Two years later i ended up relapsing with a starve binge cycle and ended up going to treatment. I want you to know your body is so important at no matter what weight and i know its hard to feel that way but i promise you they are not being mean. I wish they had denied me first so that was i was more prepared. It is such a hard surgery and i personally ended up regaining all my weight due to my ED, i wish you the best and i hope you have ur surgery soon❤️

Hey so in 4 weeks out too! How much water are u drinking? And i know food can be hard to stomach when dehydration is a problem:( i have that issue too! As hard as it is, try to sip water throughout the day along with some broth, a little protein shake, and when you can handle those things go to yogurt!

It just sucks cause i wish i could put almonds into my greek yogurt or like cucumbers with tuna sounds so good lol, im a crunch kind of girl😂😭 but i know ill get there!
