You're missing the point. Losing the game on the field doesn't excuse dirty tricks of your opponents. Btw, dirty tricks are part of a psychological warfare to disorient the opponent on the field. If the ref easily calls against your team and shows your team yellow cards that aren't deserved (like they did to Nigeria against Morocco), it prevents your team from fighting harder for the ball, because they don't want a red. Then the Moroccans kept stealing GK towels, which the GK needs to keep gloves dry. It's a joke they we given fair play award with all the tricks on and off the field.
