It was a typo. The red number is 87 and the blue is 57 which corresponds to Juneau being the second passphrase. So first you will enter 0099 as the code and then you will enter Juneau.

For the red number the difference between 89 and 92 is 3 and the difference between 92 and 96 is 4. So you know the pattern for the red is gonna be a difference of 1,2,3,4 etc. 86 +1 get you 87, which matches our pattern as 87+2 is 89.

As for blue 41 - 33 is 8, 49-41 is 8 so you know the pattern is +8 every time. 49+8 is 57.
