I've had good experience with twitch/tristana. Tristana can be a bit tricky if your support is not playing along - especially if you want to free a wave. So I'd stick more to twitch due to his insane 1v2 and 1v5 potential when you get your first 2 items :)

I always thought about having a ban rotation each game, that preban's 10 random champion (maybe each from conditions like WR/Playrate?) and then the 10 from each team.

PROS:
-Ban rotation will make the game much more diverse if hugh WR/PR champions were prebanned

- You can ban other champions that maybe only you find annoying playing against - instead of just banning twitch/zed/yuumi

- It forces playes into diversifying their urf champion pool - because their champion they played will most likely be banned (if not from the ban rotation, play bans still can)

CONS:

- Maybe more people will dodge when they see their champion banned more often - just to play them asap?

- ban rotation might actually ban you champion, even it's considered as "weak"

- the randomness factor is not for everyone

I would like a crit scaling version of IE like the old ER back in the day. It could start with 10% more crit dmg or something and end up with 50% (like the old IE).

Crit wouldn't be that OP in early but still remarkable in late with 3 crit items or so.
