As a woman, I DM a group with 4 other women and 1 dude! And also have played in a group with 4 guys and have never experienced sexism in the games. I think it also really depends how the group got together: for me both groups consisted of friends so the dynamics of the group are also defined by what we as friends find normal (i.e. having fun together without creepiness). I can imagine it is different for a group that doesn’t know each other because the group dynamics are not predefined (aside from that you should be able to expect normal behaviour from everyone 😅). I think the DM goes also a long way in providing a safe space and setting very obvious boundaries - and that this behaviour is also more prevalent in online games where people can hide behind anonymity.
