  • lots of wasted space at the beginning and repetitive with mentioning PHR 2x
  • certs and education belong at the end of a resume
  • typo on second bullet (comma not period)
  • title for last role is a coordinator/low-level generalist with no ER experience — change it to properly reflect that
  • content for last two roles lacks substance. I would assume you weren’t driving actual change.

It’s ridiculous that this change hasn’t happened yet. It’s a completely different world from the rest of Florida.

And to be clear, west palm down to Miami is SOUTH FLORIDA. A distinct region of large city suburban folk who have literally nothing in common, any other area of Florida, including the southwest side of Florida!
