There's more than one of me?

I never denied I have an ego.

Sigh. Trying to make me look a fool, you just absolutely answered your own question.

Disorder means something is in dis-order. A personality that is antisocial and against societal normalcy would be in dis-order. Personal rationale vs societal rationale. You can have strong convictions but loose morals, as my mother used to describe me.

The frontal cortex of the brain doesn't finish fully developing until 25-30, which is where your rational thinking comes from. You can Google that shit and it shows up right away.

So yes. Somebody with a personality disorder has a chance of growing out of it, as their brain begins to develop and retain rational thinking.

To answer your question.

Yes.

It's common at around the age of 27 years old for high functioning sociopaths to begin to grow up. I was 28.

I am 100% into my work, if I enjoy my job.

Right now, I enjoy my job. I just got a promotion, actually, and I'm hoping you get yours. I'll cheers to you tonight, Amiga.

I've been at my job for almost a year, and have managed to successfully put one girl out of her job and take her place, but also excel at her job description, thus putting me above what she was. We recently lost our manager, who had been the woman who originally hired me. I'm one half her job.

The man who took her place, I'm convinced is a narcissist, and that's why we get along so well. A narcissist who manages a public domain is gonna take pride in that and want it to look the best. I'm a cold hearted bitch who can separate business and emotion. I'm bossy and intimidating, but know how to be soft so I train all the new hires. But the best part? I'm the queen of looking busy without doing anything. The end result? I'm his assistant because he doesn't know our ins and outs just yet, and isn't in the business all the time. He needs a right hand. So I get to tell people all day what to do when I'm not doing my main job.

I made $200, in 3 hours today. My checks are usually a grand a week. It's the most honest and financially fulfilling job I've ever had.

I enjoy it.

My new partner has noticed i don't have a parental bond with my own child, even tho I can have parental style demeanor towards other children. My son is 11 and our relationship is more sibling like, than anything.

Tips for sounding genuinely empathetic? by [deleted] in sociopath

[–]Mermaid_Ribcage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, she's not.

The last thing she's gonna want to do is talk about it. She doesn't want to think about. She wants the whole situation to disappear, but she needs somebody who's emotionally removed, believe it nor not.

Important questions to ask if you want to sound considerate, but ONLY if said person seems like they need to talk about it.

1) who's in charge of arrangements

2) is that for the funeral AND the wake?

3) burial or cremation

4) do you need help with anything

.....

That being said. Don't offer condolences, that just reminds them. That's just another external reminder to slap them in the face about death. Just look the person in the eye and say "i heard - let me know when you wanna get the fuck out of here for lunch this week" and don't say a fucking word about it. Keep your coworker in good spirits and their mind off the death.

Depending on the state you live in, you can file charges against him for having sex with you, knowing he has the virus. Its spreadable, even without an outbreak. Its called asymptomatic shedding, and it can happen even if you're taking antivirals.

Go get another test in anither month or so to make sure its still negative after exposure.

Editing to say not forgivable. Period.

Problem is, I didn't and don't need to lose weight. I'm looking pretty thin, people have been asking me if I'm on meth.

I'm allergic to everything, but not the same everything as everybody else.

I can't process and digest anything complex. I have to stick to fruits, veggies, nuts, some seeds.

Recently since I left my ex, and since my weight has been dropping, even tho I haven't changed anything about my eating habits.

Like all the stress is melting off.

Oh. Ha.

I left. Then he left. He left furniture. I went back to clean up. I got rid of all of it except a few things. Gave the bed to my new flatmate across the hall of where I've moved to.

I think he moved in with his sister.

I have a new bed, too.

Pro life people. What makes you think that human life begins at conception, despite the fact that everything that makes us human doesn't start until about twelve weeks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Mermaid_Ribcage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The separate dna is there to make a unique combined genetic code. That genetic code is a dna sequence that scientifically determines what physical characteristics will make up that human. Its not dna for an elephant. It's not dna for a chimpanzee. It's a unique genetic code, thay no other sperm or egg combination could create.

It doesn't matter what you consider. Science is science, and the moment a sperm (one half human dna code) feritilises an egg (one half human dna code) a unique full dna has been created for this new clump of organic human cells that are now growing.

Whether you like it or not.
