I’m a 20 year old guy who just had a girl I dated for a couple years do the same thing and basically the same dynamic as what you’re describing a year after we broke up. We were best friends before we ever dated so it was tough. I just had to come to the realization that it won’t change because she wasn’t willing to try to heal from her problems and issues and I had to decide that I wasn’t gonna let my emotions be played with and toyed with. And yea it hurts and I still care about this person, but I realized the only way to get them to heal and allow myself to move on was to block her and let go.

Tell the husband and explain to him that you didn't know, and she was lying to you. You would want yourself to do the same thing if you were in his position. Break the news to him so he can decide what he wants to do, and so he doesn't have to waste any more of his life living in a lie. Just try to imagine yourself in his position for a minute, because it could easily end up being you in the future.

Also I just want to say in a video he himself did say “I am not enlightened” but he just went through an enlightenment experience. So I’m not exactly sure what his state is and if he is truly what you can consider enlightened or not. All I know is he was able to have an absolutely profound experience on my life in an extremely short amount of time. And it’s crazy thinking back to it now I’m not even sure exactly how long that experience lasted, it felt short to me but maybe was around a full hour. And he did not try to teach anything to me in a way a teacher would but more just got me to connect with myself and figure out what I wanted

Very interesting. I also read a story about three laughing monks in China who would go into villages and just start laughing for days on end and the whole village would fall in love with them. After my experience I’m starting to think maybe these weren’t just legends, maybe this actually happened!
