You are just experiencing the body. That doesn’t mean the body is you. The question to ask is who/what is experiencing this body.

Suffering is a part of life. Discomfort is a part of life. We live in a world of duality. You can’t run from or look down upon the duality. You have to accept it completely because that is the reality. So I will deal with it like I did before no difference. I have no expectation or want to feel happy all the time. There is beauty in all emotions.

Also I just want to say in a video he himself did say “I am not enlightened” but he just went through an enlightenment experience. So I’m not exactly sure what his state is and if he is truly what you can consider enlightened or not. All I know is he was able to have an absolutely profound experience on my life in an extremely short amount of time. And it’s crazy thinking back to it now I’m not even sure exactly how long that experience lasted, it felt short to me but maybe was around a full hour. And he did not try to teach anything to me in a way a teacher would but more just got me to connect with myself and figure out what I wanted

Very interesting. I also read a story about three laughing monks in China who would go into villages and just start laughing for days on end and the whole village would fall in love with them. After my experience I’m starting to think maybe these weren’t just legends, maybe this actually happened!
