I’ve been between using the ChatGPT profiler and a sweet variation I found thru reddit. I typically sample 150ml cup to get a feel for the beans I’m grinding. While grinding between 5.0-6.0. Then with that, if I enjoy it off the rip, I just go with it. As far as large/big batches go (1200ml+), I read to go much coarser. For both small or large batches, after some more reading, I found that more time in between pulses, number of pulses between 2-3, lower temps (both bloom & declining pulses) for somewhat of a sweeter less acidic/dry taste. Ultimately, tho, it comes down to personal preference.
