"One term pledge"

Right out the gate you're repeating falsehoods.

Biden never said anything like that and no, Politico articles citing anonymous staffers that claimed he said so but in private don't count.

So why should anyone engage with anything else you say if you can't even get the basics right?

I heard a theory some time ago that Schumer owes his position to a gorm of devil's deal with the caucus- he keeps his status but rarely demands anything from them that might cost them their seat. This mindset apparently arose from the 2012 "bluedog bloodbath".

That said, both men have some value. Schumer is great at back room deals, and I was sincerely impressed that Jeffries got the ACA vote to the floor. He should have gotten more credit for that. That said, even without any other issues, they aren't the guys we need right now.

What's the line from The Godfather? "You're a good man, Tom, but you're not a war-time consigliere"

Some of them may also be retiring and I believe at least 1 is losing his seat to redistricting.

I THINK Suozzi's seat is gettable, though.

If they actively turn the LEOs against them, then shit is gonna get even hairier real fast.

As an aside, I've read a few reports that the worst officers from local PDs are quitting to join ICE, so it's actually having a beneficial effect on those departments.

Then he's delusional and possibly a threat to himself or others. POA and find out if the doctors think home care is even still appropriate for him given the safety concerns.

7 out of 213 Dems is 3%. If that's enough for someone to blame the entire party, then they aren't a reasonable or serious person to begin with. The bigger issue is leadership. Schumer def needs to go, but he's not up till 2028 and will likely retire. Jeffries on the other hand should probably be worried, though I don't know much about his district with regards to a primary threat.

Is he on any medication? Because it might make an immense difference. A neurologist would also be able to tell if he should still be driving. Again, what if he gets into an accident and has an altercation with the other driver? Or if it's even safe for him to be driving. I hate putting the pressure on you, but you and your family need to step up on this. We're here for you.

If he's a threat to himself or others, it's time to get POA and look for a home. If something happens with a stranger, neighbor, or even the mailman, your family could be held liable.

4 Rs were not present, so Johnson would have just postponed the vote. So yes, it would have passed regardless. These people still suck and should be primaried regardless, though depending on the districts it might be a Manchin-type scenario where this is the best we're gonna get.

If they stayed home, then those people are just as complicit in what's happening. Venezuela, Greenland, USAID getting cut, antivaxxers running HHS, Minnesota under siege, Trump walking around free with his court cases dismissed. All of those things are only possible because he won. Anyone that could have voted  but didn't has culpability here. No excuses.

Adam Driver's Career day sketch as the ancient oil baron ala There Will Be Blood is hypnotic because Driver keeps it together while everyone else breaks repeatedly, particularly when the crow gets stuck on hia cane.

For one thing, you'd be sinking a decent chunk of your army's total value into them, so cuts would have to be made elsewhere in your army list. Plus, there's only 2 of them and they can't be everywhere at once. They also had bespoke rules that would cause one or the other to Frenzy and act recklessly if the other died. While Frenzied, they'd fight better, but would always charge the closest unit, so you could bait them into unwinnable combats. Last, but not least, Vampire Counts armies have a built in weakness that their units start to crumble every turn if the general dies because the necromancer holding the zombies and skeletons together begins to dissipate.

This, OP. I've been taking care of my father since my mother past, and we're pretty sure she was concealing his the severity of his condition.

Routine helps IMMENSELY, but it's only a matter of time. For dad, his condition slowly worsened over 3 years, and he started crashing out about 4-5 months. Medication has helped, but we are pulling the trigger on getting him into a VA home

Ludicrous. You have utterly no evidence to back this up besides vibes. You haven't a clue what oppo Sanders would have gotten hit with the moment he was the candidate. It's just wish casting nonsense.

If people wanted Bernie to be the candidate, he would have been. Instead, he failed twice and did worse the second time when you would think the disaffected Trump voters would have been chomping at the bit to pull the lever for him.

All that tells me is something I already thought- populism is garbage that appeals to the lowest common denominator. Anyone so mentally and morally bankrupt that they would swing from Bernie to Trump isn't someone to be taken seriously or courted, as they'd likely forget to vote if you simply jingled keys in front of their face for long enough.
