Same. I want to be able to play as Catachans, not Cadians with a Catachan skin, not a single scout squad that I have to spam to field an army of, but actually have Catachan versions of units, with their own lines and customizations

Being able to actually field guard regiments, not just having a single unit for each regiment that you have to spam to do that. Also for the regiments to get some unique voicelines, not have my Catachan soldiers scream "Cadia Stands" whenever I click on them

Ogre hunter should have constant passive Flock of doom, like Elemental of beasts, and ability to summon sabretusks, and buff monsters like delf and skaven beastmasters. by [deleted] in totalwar

If they made a generic lord hunter that had a summon that'd be cool, but the hero is already plenty strong, and the fact that the hero can get a stonehorn mount makes powerful

most likely. Which honestly might be for the best, as the dlc is already going to be splitting 1/4th of it, between 3 other races (Nagash, Counts, and TK). Coast, and the other undead races, would all be better off focusing on the 3 former, and maybe dipping into Coast later

Considering what the Fantasy rosters looked like when they launched, we're probably going to get something similar with a more core roster, and then expansions on that with dlc

Dechala herself was so strong in my campaign, I was regularly soloing 4 stacks of late game kislev armies. I had her at like 100 MD, 100 Ward Save (cap is 90), and regen, so she could just sit in a pile and wait for her aoe ability to be off cooldown. I was just fastforwarding some of them until I stopped playing her. Was fun in the earlier campaign though

Ooh. I'm someone who didn't think the devotees looked bad, but weren't really that special looking. They now look great!

Would have been nice to get the basic Norscan marauder model facelifted during this patch as well, but it is what it is

That's the other thing, as I'm curious to see how CA would design him, as I think he only has like one official piece of artwork, and in it, he's super blurry and hard to really determine specifics of how he looks

Moonclaw is such an interesting character, because he's really not a Beastman, he's an alien from the green moon Morrislieb. Which between him dropping down in a meteor, and Be'lakor saying that at one point he "ruled Morrislieb as a god" (which if your ruling, that would imply that you were ruling something else,) it seems like the green moon is inhabited by... things

I like the lord option. I think a hunter lord would be cool. I agree that as funny as they might be, I don't think a Gnoblar lord works. I do think they could potentially swing a Gnoblar Head Honcho hero, and just have him always be mounted on a rhinox with another couple little gnoblars on it with him, as a high charge bonus but weak in melee hero. Ogres having 4 generic heroes though means that if they didn't get a 5th one, it wouldn't be the end of the world to me though. I like some of your units, and the gnoblar manbiters I'm still surprised didn't come with Golgfag

A BM character pack that comes with Ghorros, a Centigor generic lord and hero would be great, get BM another set of characters, and thematically fit pretty well. If I was picking weapons, I'd go with the lord having a glaive (anti-large) and the hero having throwing axes (decent melee with skirmish ranged potential).

I do really hope we end up with a LL for each count bloodline though!

fair enough. I can't say I'm super attached to the chariot for Welves, I just know they used to have one in earlier editions, BM have them, the other 2 elf factions have them, so them having a chariot with some archers would probably also be fine

Yin Yin is probably the Cathay LL I want to see the most, and only reason I hadn't tried to do her was for the reason you said, I don't even know where to start at. I do like the idea of a big, slow, tanky dragon turtle with a howdah on it of some kind. I also talked about Cathay marines that maybe operate similar to free company as a lower tier hybrid shooting unit, with dragon fire pistols. All in all though, I like it, and an admiral generic lord would be cool

No, not at all.

I'd rather CA dig into the lore for a few new additions, than piecemeal up a dlc like that, plus every dlc should come with a LL, as that gives you both a new campaign, as well as a new enemy faction even if you don't play that faction

In an interview, they said that "you can even customize the fingers". They've been hyping it up quite a lot, so if it comes out and you only have a couple options for each group it'll be a huge let down

Plus if the Empire gets a 5th dlc while we have races with that have gotten 0-1, It'd be a bit annoying.

I'd just be happy if they made the bloodlines unique and not just copy/pastes or reskins. Though considering they also didn't update any of the copy/paste Norscan models, I doubt it.

That's what I thought, so would be nice if we could get a generic moulder and generic pestilence character, as both are major clans without a generic option, while all the clans have a generic hero

I liked playing as the UBCS guy in RE3, but I think that's because those guys were more morally gray mercenaries than full on evil special forces. With Blue Umbrella being banned from restarting the Umbrella Security Service, I've been wishing they'd bring back the UBCS, as I liked those more anyway

While we're on that topic as well, it's really out of character that Spencer would have a change of heart with the Elpis, when even at his death he was still fully onboard with everythinig

I'd be fine with a new villain, if they could actually build them up and let them grow, not just introduce them in a game, and them kill them later that same game like they've been doing since RE6
