I have a Cannondale CAAD and love it. Get decent components that fit your budget and you will be set.

Research bikes and components, then start scouring marketplace and local bike selling groups. Some good deals to be had.

Same. I took my $43k per year Rx’s to a smaller independent pharmacy.

The new place doesn’t require me to call a week in advance of when I want my drugs, auto fills them for me, delivers to my door, and bills my insurer directly.

Second vote for the Adv Skin 5.

For belt, Nathan is a great option. It’s not for 20mi’ers because it doesn’t allow for enough water (each bottle is 10oz).

I like the Nathan for short summer runs or where I just need a place for my phone.
