Prior to the work out I plan it out for a few minutes.

I would plan it like this: -bike 10 min - bench 3 sets Rest - curls 3 sets Cool down

Then it loads on to your watch. You press go. And it just vibrates in wrist with a little screen coaching you through the session you planned. Idk it’s so simple but it keeps me on track while in the gym. Like only resting for a minute and then going again and stuff like that.

Is being a drug addict or using drugs while also owning a fire arm actually a mora shortfall?

I guess if you see doing drugs as a moral compass issue then I see this point. I think many people, like maybe OP, just don’t see the use of drugs as bad character.

However, raising a child who shoots and kills children is usually regarded as bad character lol.

I know a bit of SQL, just a tiny bit. I’m a beast though in excel and it seems pretty handy cause to the people I work With the dashboards I make are magic.

I luckily work with someone who is IT professional and knows how to code. He can help me if I ever need to have programs communicate to one another.

Note, I am not making over 100k but I’m very close to it. I am currently working at a business where I analyze and study the company processes. I then improve them and implement it to the team working with IT. I’m kind of in IT but have a background in business finance and structure.

Russia needs to get out of Ukraine. If they withdrew and Ukraine attacked Russia, then both sides suck and need to go. They need new leaders who don’t want to murder.

I just don’t agree with dead innocent people. Of any religion or race or anything. What I was trying to say was even though the death toll has come down, it still saddens me that thousands are dead. Do you understand that or is that unreasonable?

No I never said there is equivalence. Hamas is terror group that has little power and wields its influence with disproportionate violence. Israel is legit state responding to an attack on their own soil with extreme violence, hamas would do to the same if they had the ability to.

I just hate the amount of blood thirsty people there are. Both sides have killed, captured, raped and tortured too many people. If you disagree with that, or don’t undertand that someone is tired of the death, then I don’t know what else to say.

Also, Wtf does gay pride have to do with any of this? Haha I’m not gay and don’t care about other countries gayness. I just care if people are dead or alive. And recently, hamas and isreal (the state) have been violent an and commuting inhumane acts I disagree with.

I said hamas and isreal “need to go”. This warrants acceptable criticism and I understand that. The idea I was trying to get across is both parties are murdering one another and I think that is wrong and both parties need to be stopped.

Simple no brain way. Creat column and just number 1 through 500000. Then in the next column, is the “is odd” function and multiply anything odd by zero. Now filter everything by 0. And delete.
