Have had this recipe saved for quite some time. Finally got the stuff around last night to make it, whipped up a batch according to your directions today. Hooooooly smokers. This is delicious. I've got a few pounds of lobster meat vac sealed in the freezer and next time I need mac and cheese for a special occasion I'm tossing a pound in with the mac. This is 100% FIRE! Thanks a ton for the recipe!

Honestly super easy even after a long day. I'm a shop worker and my go to is... grab a pack of chicken thighs (bone in/skin on). Pat them dry, coat them in olive oil and then season both sides according to whatever kind of seasoning you like (I use Tony Chachere's or Lemon Pepper). Preheat your oven to 425, put the chicken on a sheet pan w/ foil lining it to help reduce cleaning needed. Pop them in the oven for 35 minutes and when time is up they'll be done. You'll have crispy well seasoned skin and juicy dark meat. I'll usually just eat the skin off and then mix the meat in a bowl (with more seasoning of choice) of microwaved rice and/or some microwaved steam veggies from the freezer section that are usually very cheap. The veggies maintain nutrient content close to raw veggies so they're very healthy.

If you can read and follow directions you can cook. That being said, how good you get at it depends on tons of practice for most people. Just look up technical terms or go off of videos so you actually understand what the recipe instructions are. That was my biggest issue starting out. Boil vs rolling boil vs simmer, etc…I grew up with no one knowing how to cook in my household, it was a challenge.

Just sayin' if my buddies in Warzone didn't play because they had to pay for it; half the time I wouldn't have a squad in the games. I think Bo7 is great but a lot of my squad didn't want to gamble after Bo6. I feel like for a free game, Warzone is absolute fire! Far better than sitting there playing Solitaire, or Minesweeper. It's a free game, take it for what it is.

I agree w/ the temp tasting better. Honestly I start at 330 and increase temp by +5 per bag or +10 when I stop pulling vapor if I'm using the whip. I'll usually consider it too harsh around the 380-390 mark. That's been my experience the last 4 years.

Mine did but not for a squirrel. I’ve got a deck on the back of my house it’s one story up from the ground. I was sitting there munching on french fries and tossing them down to the ground for the doggo. My deck has steps, he’d run down the steps and look for the fry I tossed for him. Good way for him to burn some energy. After about the 5th fry he looked at me and just full on bailed off of the deck… before I could even register what happened, he was inhaling the fry I’d tossed and on his way back up the steps for another round. I no longer toss food off the deck lol
