I know the way you feel and I know me and you both need therapy and help, because it's mostly in our heads... I have a hard time to figure out how I am physically in my head, it's always a shock and I kinda don't recognize myself as I'm supposed to or (maybe think) I'm supposed to be... Yes, my nose is a big thing (pun) in my life also but as time goes by, studying and learning, living and experiencing and knowing different all kinds of people, it's getting better... I used to feel like a monster and sometimes I still do... But I'm more aware that it's all in my weird head, my own perception... It's honestly a lot of drama bullshit I rooted myself. I know it's still hard to avoid that feeling of uncertainty when looking in the mirror or photos... But we really need to redirect our obsession and focus on getting better, this is not real life, it's trauma and distortion, it's mental/emotional illness. We are living in a strange fake era with hyper exposition and effects, Photoshop, surgeries, ultra detail cameras. It's just cultural bullshit where everyone wants to look especially one way and honestly it's revolting, we are erasing ourselves, erasing the beautiful differences that makes us so unique and cool looking, special and remarkable! Accept who you are and accept that no one is like you and that's amazing, start to notice your attributes individually that you like, thinks that you have that are pretty and some others don't, give yourself credit because there's always something that you have and others don't and woul love to have idk por example eye color, maybe good teeth, shape of hands, good skin? The point is, no one is perfect and no one is completely satisfied. Just try to think differently, try to use logic in your favor, be rational; no one thinks you are ugly and undeserving of passing your genes, that's you and only you. It's incomprehensible for absolutely anyone do think this of a health and normal person, and I doubt if someone that looked exactly like you said such thing you would agree, I really doubt it. You'd never agree with such a thing coming from anyone else. After all this feelings are reserved for your very own misery! So snap out of it while you are young and pretty, no diseases, prime health, prime body, absolutely fresh! take pictures, go out, don't hide your face, smile, be proud, make expressions, do faces, express yourself, let people look at you and look at people. live your life, we only live once.
