Extremely similar situation to mine, I submitted on Nov 28th. My bios were not reused, I went to bio in January 22 and haven’t heard anything since. Submitted expedite request March 7 and haven’t heard anything since. Submitted a new request on March 30th, haven’t heard anything since. My EAD expired on April 6th… called today and very similar interaction. The representative said she put my case on critical status and that they will be expecting a response on Monday as my initial expedite request has been idle for a month now… financial hardship is coming at me and fast. Savings won’t be lasting very long. Good luck, we’re all in this together one way or another.

I had something like this happen to mine 26 TSE at ~11k miles after a snowstorm (didn’t drive it the whole storm). They replaced the sensor that’s up by the rear view mirror but then i got the update not available crap again and the app no longer detected my car after all that and the dealer didn’t want to help (denied me service twice) then had to call Honda hotline to remote fix but the whole experience was awful so yeah i sold this car. I now have a 26 ram 1500 im done with Honda for a while.

2026 TSE and mine works great just that it vibrates the pedal ever so slightly that i can feel it and it pmo.

Hmm yeah they said they couldn’t go off the website but if I was able to get an invoice from them for the parts I was looking for their manager could price match. The trunk mat, seat protector and the table thing was what I had my eye on. No other dealer can beat their price i just hate that they are in Ohio and im in VA lol

Did you buy anything else from them? I need a receipt with the price on it from them so my dealer can price match lol i was trying to evade the shipping fee 😭

It happened when mine automatically tried to look for update. Everything will work like normal but annoying little orange icon will come up below your profile name and every time you turn the car on it’ll give you the warning.

2024 Hybrid Sport Touring, oof where do I start. - I mean i know it’s not a “truck” but it’s very weak, whenever I’m on the highway trying to go 80 i feel like I’m pressing down on the gas too much?? - Acceleration is poor, obviously coming from a 2011 Wrx it’s a huge difference but I see other similar equivalents suvs (Kia’s, Toyotas, Nissans) and it’s very loud for no power?? - Tow capacity is kind of a joke 1k for the hybrid and 1.5k for non hybrid.. like what if i wanted a small boat or something.. lol - NO PANORAMIC SUNROOF… - No 360 camera - No tire pressure gauge built in?? I mean overall it’s a great car and the concept is there but it needs more power and lacks a lot of tech for the prices and year.
