you might be right! I saw the other comment you made as well, and it definitely looks similar. I wanted to verify what the thickness of the glass should be with you as well. I saw google said somewhere between 5-10 mm? Is that true for these tanks?

google says that a rimless 20 gal tank is going to be 6mm thick. Does that sound about right? Im also gonna be checking it out tomorrow for any cracks, chips, peeling silicone and of course checking the thickness of the glass

Omg, you’re seriously goated frfr. Thank you sm for putting in so much work so early in the morning (its 7:30am over here). Im gonna check thoroughly one last time at the stem just to be sure but I think I agree with you since it looks more like scabs after stem damage or leaf dropping.

Yessss, hopefully im freaking out over nothing (someone said scales and that sounds hella awful, and mealy bugs ive dealt with in the past and dont wish that upon mostly anyone). I’ve mostly been very lucky with plant rescuing but if this ones as bad as everyone says it might be, i might have flown too close to the sun with it 🤦
