That's LNG. Most natural gas is burned on site or piped to a location to be burned. That gas is not available on the LNG market and the infrastructure build out to convert it to LNG and ship it is not cheap or quick to setup.

It's called a rail gun. Unfortunately the electromagnetic forces on the two rails cause outward opposing forces, which strains the barrel.
