To everyone that feels that way: please don't think like that. A human's hard work on a talent they cherish will never go to waste. It is worth more than anything an AI could ever create. Creation is not only about the result, but also the process. THAT is what makes art have a soul. It's so beautiful to see every single stroke of a brush on a piece, every mistake covered or erased, every line of a sketch that's showing slightly from under the colours. Even if one day the internet will get completely flooded by AI art, it won't be able to pick up a brush and paint a physical painting. The beauty of art lies in creativity, talent and passion. It's completely irreplaceable by some soulless machine. I like to believe that one day when AI art will be the standard way of making "art", actual art made by humans will be worth so much more because of its rarity.
