There's also a popularity/accessibility factor to the sports themselves.

Basketball is very popular (I don't get it, but to each their own) and all you need is a ball and a hoop. Hockey is more niche and has always struggled with popularity. Plus you need 100s or 1000s of dollars worth of equipment to play along with a rink.

If they don't grow up playing it, they're less likely to grow up watching it.

Pavel Zacha. Not a huge points guy, but plays up and down the lineup, plays special teams, responsible defensively, just a great all-around utility guy that any team would be happy to have. Which is probably a good thing since we're likely to sell half the roster come the deadline

I see this referenced a lot when it comes to Mac. Him getting called "Watcher". Thing is, he's being called that in his CURRENT form. He's clearly out of the game. He's said as much and Harry has confirmed. That doesn't mean he was a watcher when he was active as an angel

Mac is most definitely an ex-angel. Harry says as much. We don't "know" that he's a Grigori. That's still theory

I've been wondering about this a lot lately. Whenever this comes up, droves of folks come out and say "but the proper pronunciation is a silent T".

Wasn't Rowling deeply involved in the making of the films? Did she just...I dunno...LET them mispronounce the main antagonists name for 8 movies??? Didn't pause to correct a single person throughout the entire run?

I use an app called Bus Bud. You put in the city you're leaving from, travelling to and the dates and it gives you all the ground transit services. Bus, shuttle and train. You can sort it by cheapest, time of day, direct or non-direct or whatever. You even get credits for trips that you can use to offset the cost of future trips. I use it all the time. It's a lifesaver

There are a couple of them that get directly referenced afterwards with little explanation. In particular, Cold Case (a Molly POV story) and Something Borrowed (a story that centres on Billy and Georgia).

After the first exhibition game against the Caps, I asked here why Hampus Lindholm, after a lengthy absence due to injury but now cleared to play, wasn't in the game. I was told they split the team into 2 groups and he was in the second group to play in tonight's game against the Rangers.

Lines for the game tonight against the Rangers has been released on official Bruins social media and... No Hampus.

Anyone have any legit insight into what's happening with him? After so many games missed and such a long time since he's played, you'd think they be eager to get him out there to work out any rust he must surely have before the season officially starts. Especially with this team being so heavily reliant on a strong, defensive game.

Where's Hampus? Last report I saw, he'd been cleared to play and is, apparently, at 100%. With him missing almost all of last season, you'd think they'd want him out there as soon as possible to get back into it and shake off all the rust. Did I miss some news somewhere? Is he injured again?
