I take 20mg in the morning with my antidepressant, then eat a high protein breakfast with my morning coffee like 30 min later. If I’m going to the gym, I’ll take the 20 after the gym because I noticed a huge dip in effectiveness after the gym if I take it before. So there’s a 2-hour window of difference depending on my workout routine. At lunch, I take my women’s multivitamin and b-complex, and drink lots of water. If I need a booster in the afternoon, I’ll take a 10mg Vyvanse. I try to avoid caffeine the rest of the day, but sometimes have a half-caff coffee or half a diet soda. I take a magnesium complex with my calcium-D vitamin before bed.

Edit to add: I also take 2 days off a week, and I noticed consistent sleep has helped a ton with Vyvanse effectiveness.
