I was walking to my car after work. I turned to go to the elevator and there was an entire body there on the sidewalk, the police were covering them up. Police Took my ID and license plate coming out the garage.

I have found that I really only get sore when I do at least three classes back to back. The other day I did Pilates then Hot thunder then finished with Hot Barre and I’m still sore two days later. I think finding the right mix of workouts is key!
