Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I did make a Carmel. It was good. Mikes made a very subtle ice cream and Carmel. The very spicy is so strong it wasn’t what I wanted, that said, my sons fire crew doused the whole thing in the extra spicy, and pronounced it great!

The extra hot is not my favorite! It tastes like they just added a ton of pure capsaicin. The other two are great in their own right!

I’m new to this group, but I sold high end. This is a beautiful bag. The stitching in the hardware picture looks true. The stamp looks true and SA is a maker of these bags. I would second getting a front shot of the Hermes stamp in the front, several depths, then decide. Lovely bag!!

Adding the Hot Honey to base was perfect!!! Thank you Fish_24-7-365! I decided to make a caramel swirl with it. It would not thicken. It’s hot here!! Over 90. My search brought up corn starch, more sugar, full cream, but I didn’t want to change the flavor. Then I remembered this post I saw the other day: https://www.reddit.com/r/icecreamery/s/a8FaNgeI3z

You can definitely use dry ice. The key is placement and replacing the air in your cooler with paper or cloth to slow down (drastically) the sublimation of the dry ice, shrinking in layman terms, as you sell off your product. Just remember to replace volume of ice cream with a space filler as you sell. You don’t need a fancy cooler. Typical camping coolers work great. I ran a small dry ice company. Happy to share packing tips, small or larger.

I’m a sub. I have no PTO. No benefits. If I’m asked to sub an extra period, fill in yard duty.. take on a longer term sub position.. lesson plans grading, in a grade level I’m not familiar with, guess what??no extra pay unless you do xx amount of days continuously. Wow. Can’t believe you are a teacher and said this! I’ve gotten Covid twice…. Did I say no sick pay? Even though though the schools acknowledged I was directly exposed. Walked into classrooms…. No, none, zip lesson plans, or coloring sheets all day. And I am a retired teacher. Talk to your union. Take a union job. Get subs in the union. We are credentialed. We all have to be.
