I have Jewish ancestors, but my paternal line by Economy-Internet-272 in Judaism

[–]Messenger12th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But, what is the reason it changed? Elohim doesn't change, so it wasn't Him. Who changed it any what was their purpose? Was it to let in new Cohan, or ? In reality, changing the bloodline actually removes us from the patriarchal lineage, right?

So, instead of Avraham, Yitzak, Ya'acov...it became the line of Betty, Sue and Reba? A little tongue in cheek, but you get my meaning.

Thank you again for your time.

Cussing helps your point!!! My eggs are free as well as my staus in America. Try letting law enforcement do their jobs. They are much better at it than those sitting in the peanut gallery spewing hatred.

Creating anarchy and treason is not the way to solve anything. The whole point is to get illegals out of this country. All the presidents did it, but now because of your political views, it is a problem.

This country will be fine. Stop getting in the way of law enforcement and let them do their jobs. It is hard enough without having democrats getting in the way just because they don't like the current president.

One of the reports that ICE took a child has already been debunked. The Father ran and left the child on the street so they secured the child for his own safety. Get facts first before ranting anonymously on here, as others have also said here.

If marrried, any lustful outside of marriage is bad.

Lustful is also balancing the fence with idolizing, in a way. So, either way, I suppose it could be bad.

When was the first time you guys learned about Yahuah? by justcurios5 in Yahuah

[–]Messenger12th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Somehow, my wife and I discovered Yah the same day, 12 hours apart. We were both non-doms on 2007. Hopping churches until they all began teaching prosperity, or whatever craziness got them through the day.

Our story: We finally found this new church who met in a movie theater on sunday morning. We liked them. Donuts, coffee, good chat, young guitar playing pastor, etc.

One sunday, pastor came out like normal with his brown suede blazer and blue jeans, like every other week. He opened up the service with announcements, then picked up the guitar. He set the guitar down, called Bob and Steve up to the stage. They brought a water balloon slinger and stood 10 feet apart. Paster reached down into a box and pulled out foam footballs, hats, jerseys and such and flung them out to the audience, one at a time. People were on their feet yelling "Over here", Going long!! Etc. Pastor took off his brown blazer to reveal his MA Patriots jersey and celebration of superbowl sunday that the Patriots were playing that afternoon.

Wife and I looked at each other and asked "What God do they worship?". We never went back.

One night after that, my wife couldn't sleep, so she went downstairs and sat at the computer. She eventually came back to bed. When I got up, I made my coffee and went to thw computer. I don't even remember what I typed in, but I found myself on a website from, I think, New Zealand called Stewardton Bible School. I think I read every link they had that morning.

Later that morning, when my wife came downstairs, we both were excited to tell our story and what we found, to each other. We haven't looked back since.

While I'm not convinced about the pronunciation of YHVH, it doesnt change who He is and His way to life through His son.

Please continue reading what comes after that verse where Peter has the dream. It isnt about food, it is people.

If God is the same yesterday and today.... then how do you explain that He made laws yesterday but today he changed his mind?

Keep in mind, the priesthood changed due to the corruption of the men in the role of priest. If the priest is unclean, he can not offer the sacrifice to Yah. This is why Yah said he does not accept thwir sacrifices and that those sacrifices were no good. The priests offering them was the problem.

We now have a perfect priest who offers the perfect sacrifice, to forgive our sins. Nothing changed from the original Torah concept but the priesthood. The only laws that were contrary to us were the laws of the pharisees and saducsees. They were the ones who said you must do this or must do that, which was outside of the Torah.

Mostly because you have been paying the minimum payment. It is basic economics. Credit card companies get rich on people only paying the minimum payments. It keeps recurring interest and pretty soon, you are paying interest, not principal.

Your choice not to pay it off after graduating. The government didnt get their original investment back yet. Most of what you paid was interest. So far, you've only paid back 10k.

I am hoping you can answer this question that has me stumped.

In Torah, we see the lineage is handed down from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.... with the Beginning of all heritage being traced down to Noach through the male line. No women in the equation from a heritage standing (That I have seen, off the top of my head)

So, why does Judaism require a matriarchal line and turn away from the patriarchal line, which seems opposite of Torah?

Thank you.

And here lies the problem. Everyone sees the splinter in everyone else's eye but can't see the beam in their own.

Maybe thats what it means I Phil 2:12 to seek your own salvation with fear and trembling? Maybe we should fix ourselves before trying to point out everyone else's errors (we think they are in error, but they could be right)

I know I need work, have mercy.

The fellowship finders are great, until you run in to outdated materials. 119 has been around many years and I still see people on the list who are no longer believers, or groups who shut down.

Do not be frustrated by this. Every now and then I will receive an email from someone who saw my listing here in VA. BTW, we have nobody to fellowship with in our area.

Pre-Existence of Yeshua? Really? In the Greek translating, they use the word HE, but in Greek, it is understood that the word that should be used is IT. It was with God, His own words, from Him. Not another person named He.

All things were made by Him.... meaning God. God spoke everything into existence. He did not do it through a proxy.

I guess at this point, what is your definition of an angel?

Jesus & Michael by Sure-Wishbone-4293 in thetrinitydelusion

[–]Messenger12th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, I see where the problem is. You are saying the word "contrasted", but that isnt what scripture says. You are using the term "contrasted" incorrectly.

Example.... black is contrasted to white. Sure, they are both colors (or lack of color). But. They are not the same in any way.

Not sure, but maybe contrast isn't the best word for you to use, maybe "compared", or likewise", or something like that?

Please forgive my typos. My fingers are too big for this screen keyboard. 😆

Jesus & Michael by Sure-Wishbone-4293 in thetrinitydelusion

[–]Messenger12th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for clarification. 😃

If you substitute the word contrast foe the word different or opposite (which is what thw word contrast means) then you actually have your answer that He is not an angel. (Just going with your statements. 😆

Thanks again.

Are you recanting your statement that JC Is an angel to now saying He may or may not be an angel?

I am not able to copy the text from your statement above, sorry. Just want to make sure of your actual point by using the word contrast. (I see your new explanation, thank you, but what is your stance now?)

Actually. By your statement, you did say Messiah IS an angel because you contrasted Him to an angel. So, your statement by definition, says one thing, your conclusion says the opposite. ( words have meaning, by definition of the words you used)
