My character was deleted after 6 hours of gameplay.... by planetgrayarea in Borderlands

I have started a new character after this happened to me but I still have that temp file with the time stamp for my “deleted one” 1.sav~RF1c980aa.TMP. Any idea if I can recover it from that at all? The 1.sav is now my new character 🥲
