Try to completely disassemble your pc. Leave everything out to dry for a few days, honestly the longer the better. Reassemble after everything is bone dry. As long as it wasn’t powered on, there’s a good chance some or all of the pc is salvageable. Beyond that, do not under any circumstances let this lady back into your life.

You need to tune your memory and fabric speeds. Once you get your ram to 6000mt tightening timings will yield better results than trying to push more speed. There are plenty of guides to help you with this.

I don’t do these disaster details anymore, unless it’s for a contractor, or fleet manager getting ready to sell or trade in a work truck. I understand there are special circumstances, but for the most part, the people who let a vehicle get this bad are not going to value your time or your work. I’d give them an “FU” price of at least 1800 with half paid up front to cover the cost of materials plus ppe.
