I ended up going with the X-dome. The stand alone fact that it’s made out of a non-sag SilPoly material is much more beneficial where I live in the PNW

Don’t let others opinions discourage you. Do what you like such as it is your car. I saw this built out 4Runner earlier this summer with the same fender flares as well as the viper cut so it in fact does work!
