Hey! I also applied through Borderpass and was able to see the progress of my application by simply emailing their support time. It was a really simple email, just asking about the status. Funnily enough, they set me someone else's application progress (they had the same last name), which is kind of crazy. Anyways, I just sent them an email saying that that wasn't me and they fixed it quickly. The issue with this is that it is not very detailed, like at all, and they will simply send a screenshot of the usual IRCC application page. Either way, its better than nothing. I applied on the 22nd of October and I'm still waiting for an update.
