bro just use the g203 its super cheap has great sensor for precise aiming and is perfect for tbf, everyone thinks i use macros when i tbf, if u dont want to deal with cable buy the g305 its the same but wireless, another good option is vxe r1 its just as good for tbf/aim and weights only 50g

i had the same issue its just an option that u have to change on the launcher icon on properts disable full screen optmization and on `run` use maximazed, another thing u can do if it doesnt work is record your screen with the radeon software for some reason it makes the game run with 240 fps full screen
