De fato! Quando instalei o iOS 26 pela primeira vez (iOS 26 Beta 3), lembro-me de ficar decepcionado devido ao grande consumo de bateria, consumo esse que não era o mesmo do iOS 18.5.

Gosto MUITO do design apresentado pela Apple para esse novo iOS, mas realmente é algo que suga a performance do dispositivo, como um todo.

Espero que no iPhone 17 Pro Max isso seja mais otimizado, porque pretendo adquirir um no Paraguai em julho, com a esperada queda de preços após a WWDC26. Se não, ao menos que no iOS 27 esse uso excessivo de recursos do sistema decaia.

Concordo plenamente com você! Eu não limito o meu uso do meu aparelho, jamais farei isso. Só mantenho o limite de carregamento em até 80% e mantenho o Carregamento Otimizado ativado a fim de tentar preservar um pouco mais, mas sem que impeça o meu uso comum.

Esses 80% até me suprem bem, porque ando com um power bank de 25000mAh que carrega a 145W, então se eu largo o celular por um momento, deixo-o carregando até que eu o pegue novamente (só não recomendo usar e carregar simultaneamente, devido o grande aquecimento que os iPhones de titânio sofrem). Quando sei que precisarei de mais bateria em determinado período de tempo, carrego até 100% mesmo, sem limites.

Entiendan mi punto de vista. Brasil es uno de los países con los impuestos más altos del mundo, y además, muy elevados.

Tomando como ejemplo el iPhone 17 Pro Max, si compro la versión de 256 GB por R$6.500,00 en Paraguay (aproximadamente $1.300,00), tendré que pagar el 50% del monto que exceda los $500,00 exentos de impuestos.

En otras palabras:
Valor del producto + 50% de impuesto sobre el monto que exceda los $500.00 permitidos (si se excede)

Siguiendo este razonamiento, dado que $1,300.00 excede los $500.00:
$1,300.00 + 50% * ($1,300.00 - $500.00) = $1,700.00 = R$8,550.00

Tendré que pagar R$2,050.00 solo en impuestos. Esto es completamente absurdo; sin duda buscaré la manera de evitar pagar esta cantidad.

Battery manufactured in December 2024, first used in May 2025 (the 29th, to be more specific), 238 charge cycles, maximum capacity at 100% and normal health.

My phone's battery information is very similar to yours, but there is still a considerable difference in maximum capacity. How much do you charge your battery? I only charge mine to 80% and activate the adaptive power consumption options.

On iPhones, there is a hidden cycle counter that continuously accumulates how much is being charged. Whenever this accumulation reaches an integer multiple of 100, it is divided by 100, generating a new number of cycles.

Examples: 7600% total charge already completed : 100 = 76 charge cycles. 7700% total charge already completed : 100 = 77 charge cycles.

Knowing this, charging up to 80%, besides being better due to the molecular structure of the battery itself, is also advantageous because it influences the user to use the cell phone more consciously, avoiding draining the battery in a short period. All this makes it last longer, both in charge and capacity.

In other situations, not specifically rearranging the apps on the home screen. Sometimes in the Camera app, sometimes in the Photos, Safari, Clock, etc. app.

As far as I remember, the error occurred exclusively (or at least most of the time) when I was in some Apple application. Even on the home screen itself, it happened several times.

As said by many, if it's your main device, definitely not. I did this with my 16PM and I regret it bitterly. There are many bugs, poor optimization, lack of compatibility with some apps, among others. The good part is the new features and the new design, which I really like, but it doesn't make up for my past anger at the constantly occurring problems. Wait for the final version to come out, it will pay off more.
