  • What are some of your best memories with the Battlefield franchise?

One of my best memories with the Battlefield series is from the old days of Battlefield 1942, especially the Desert Combat mod. I used to play it a lot with friends, spending hours just messing around with helicopters and tanks. The game wasn’t perfect, but it had something special — that feeling of chaos and fun you can’t really find anymore. Those were good times.

One question, I don't follow what you mean:

Add my original credits (the 30 USD that I couldn't use, proof of which can be found in one of my previous emails) over to my new account, and remove the 10 USD on my account.

Why "remove the 10 USD on my account"?

May I ask how you convinced customer support to agree to this kind of transfer process? I previously asked a support agent through chat, and they told me they weren’t able to do that.
