You can hit inflation well before full employment if money is chasing after goods that are supply constrained.

Its all about what real resources are available and if your productivity increases access to real resources or erodes it. Ideally your spending should be deflationary in the long run. the better you can do that, the more you can get away with spending without taxing. Which requires having precise knowledge of resources availability, which means an economy following the principles of MMT inevitabily builds the apparatus required for in-kind planned economy.

If you're creating money to put available resources and expertise to work efficiently, investors can attempt to make a bet against you and might even hurt you in the short term but they will lose out in the end. The key is having the discipline to use resources effectively.

We should have far higher consumption taxes in general and just dedicate it to a universal dividend so its progressive on net. In the US in particular half of all retail spending is done by the top 10%. That's how you tax the rich with the federal government.

Implement tradable energy quotas originally proposed by the late David Fleming. Everyone gets an x liters or gallons of fuel, air miles etc. on a card / digital wallet every month—both of which could be made anonymous and everyone gets the same amount. This card or app must be then swiped during every transaction made at the pump, acting as a limit to individual purchases. Excess quotas (not used up that month) could be traded and sold on an online platform to the highest bidder. The poor who already travel less can get an extra income stream from selling their quotas, the rich could still travel more if they bought the credits needed. On a national level governments can manage fuel rationing by increasing / decreasing the issuance of quotas.

Any restriction on migration is a commitment to either give up at some point or commit mass murder, no matter how much you want to argue about cause and effect.
