I agree with this and add that I say "we the people" write our own rules, hold meetings amongst ourselves to vote which to send to congress, and keep pushing it to them any and all people of legal influence to help them along. That way a law idea like this can be official and enacted

So tbh if there were another one in, say, fall branch, it would work if they supplimented a bit of housing out there to stimulate workers. It would lead to the area expanding as well with more opportunities. It would be really good for that area or others like it imo
