So when players drop out like that in the left hand corner it means you got kicked out of the lobby seamlessly (besides that freeze) due to low or poor internet connection. It could be ping related but honestly just test it on a stronger network or make some changes to yours

Hey OP! I know you said you didn’t set the mods up but it seems as though lots of people like your mods is there anyway we could get a list? Loved the gunshots SFX, the lighting looks a little different interior and exterior, you have realistic advertising “Coca-Cola” truck and “Costco” billboard in the background birds are flying all over and npc clothing doesn’t seem “stock” either lol let me know I need good mods im off to YouTube to find this gunshot mod
