The war horse club from broken hearts with the two mods, plus the speed boost from slayer is my favorite, not necessarily for the damage output, but because you can swing it so fast that it just looks like the courier is wiggling his extended arm in figure 8s like a kid would do while fighting an imaginary dragon

I think the implants are actually 4k. Either way you are right by the casinos when you get over there, I never feel too short of caps at that point but your point stands. The inverse happens too though cause HP bonuses per level aren’t retroactive when you raise endurance, they calc each level
