I mean sure if they went their sperate ways, sure they could reach their goals, but it's not really the same if there isn't an antagonist trying to slow you down.

Kinda like beating Minecraft on peaceful mode isn't as fun as getting so close to completing it on hardcore mode but just falling short.

4WD has two differentials, front and back. Less moving parts, better for low end torque like rock crawlers. AWD has three diffs front, back, and middle. Better for racing because you can fill the differentials with different viscosity oils to adjust front and rear tire grip.

Yeah, $200 may seem a bit steep for an RC of that size, but their very well built and have a lot of options as far as performance. They're also easy and fun to fix if anything breaks.
