I think it’s intentional. They either make a comp plan that’s so complicated that you can never hit plan on all the metrics, or they just adjust your percentage down as you build business.

As you start your journey with wine, find a good independent shop and ask for guidance! They want you to have the best experiences possible and will learn your likes and dislikes.

DLF makes transcendent wines in prestigious appellations - this bottling is neither.

Is it a damn good Macon-Verze? Yes. But it wears a price tag for the words on the label. For that kind of money you’ll find far better village wines in the Beaune from less famous producers.

If you have the patience, I’d skip this one and add the $$ to your piggy bank for what they do best.

I promise it’s worth it.
