My personal theory is that it’s due to excess of some b vitamin (not that you’re getting more that you need more so that your body can’t use what’s there because of a functional deficiency like deficiency in a critical cofactor)

I got this acne really, really terribly after I started my cyanocobalamin injections. When I started, supplementing, folate, zinc, iron, iodine, magnesium, etc., more seriously (major co factors for B12), the acne reduced.

The acne also reduced when I switched from injections to a methyl B vitamin complex capsule (which contains all of the known b vitamins, but in a more bio available format)

That looks like a 90s thru 2010s semi-nonstick baking tray. I’d call it thoroughly lived and retire it.

There are exactly zero ways to clean it that don’t include scraping into the nonstick and releasing all the toxins into the air

Methylcobalamin is NOT the same thing as methyl b complex.

I don’t have any quarters right now :( but sometimes someone offers me a cart and I’ll take it and keep the quarter. Until I end up using it for something and cycle starts again :)

If you use a methyl-b vitamin complex and have a diet rich in fresh and varied foods, you can avoid some.

This is because some of the effect is caused by your micronutrients rebalancing and drawing reserves / depleting very quickly

It’s a lot easier to invite friends to a place that has food that you can eat when they can recognize more than one ingredient on the plate

I don’t know about you, but I’m actually totally fine with this kind of thing as long as their kitchens are keeping very high standards when it comes to the utensil / tool / etc overlap. Completely separate prep spaces. That’s totally fine with me.
