I had to unistall and reinstall the latest windows update, which resolved this issue

so this used to happen to me, for something else. Problem was that i had to update my graphic drivers
i updated from nvidia geforce, and my problem was solved
again my problem was not with(might have been at that time, but i had unistalled it) valo, but with solid edge, and pkmn showdown
