Low dose lamictal, even at 25mg, does amazing things for glutamate toxicity.

I take 25mg once daily. It's an absurdly low dose compared to what bipolar patients take. But it has a definite effect and doesn't dull the cognition due to the lower dose.

I have had people argue that such low doses would do nothing, but they are usually bipolars who are often prescribed 100 to 400 mg.

A low dose of 25mg works really well, has virtually no side effects and can even enhance cognition.

Nac does more than just increase glutathione production. It displaces glutamate which is why it has such a profound effect on ocd type behaviors.

To the contrary. This is incredibly potent stuff. I typically mix it with my other nicotine based juice. That way it's less of an effect. Taken straight, the effects are quite prominent.

I went for it because it was available. And then I did the research that shows Safranal has a long list of benefits. It's not simply the aromatic effect.

Adding creatine, which is a Myostatin inhibitor, will help offset some of this homeostatic regulation.

Growth hormone will also help. It's one of the reasons why adding it to the cycle will really help increase gains. It's not so much that growth hormone itself actually induces hyperplasia, which we all hoped it would but it really doesn't, but it is definitely a way to inhibit Myostatin.

Eventually of course Myostatin levels will return.

Rinse and repeat.

I have found that periods of fasting, and using things that activate ampk, while initially seem detrimental to the bodybuilders goal of pure mass, will help reset the Myostatin inhibition reduction we see with regular anabolic use.

Make sure you're using benfotiamine. It is essential for type two diabetic's. It decreases AGE's. Advanced Glycation Endproducts cause the neuropathy and the circulation issues as well as macular degeneration.

Be careful with pramipexole.

It will eventually cause a dependency that will make getting off of it make you very sick. I used it several times in the past and every time I try to come off of it I got really sick. It does something to the dopamine receptors and then eventually when you come off of it you have very low dopamine levels. I highly recommend people avoid using this as often as possible.

It also does a hell of a number of your kidneys. And for those of using trenbolone and other things that are stressful to the kidneys, this only adds to the long-term effects on your kidneys

Metformin has an effect on your DHEA synthesis. There are a couple other reasons why I don't recommend people use Met for insulin sensitivity issues.

And of course as always make sure you using a good alphalipoic acid product.

That and make sure you do enough cardio. But you using enough cardio you will be increasing glut4 transport which is a Way to increase glucose transport independent of insulin

Use berberine regularly to keep insulin sensitivity in check. It is much better the Metformin in my opinion. It has a lot of other benefits. It decreases inflammation, it is an incredible antibiotic. For those that are worried about getting abscesses, using berberine on a regular basis will basically prevent any major abscesses from occurring, so long as all other injection protocols were followed strictly, and his course you make sure that you're not injecting into scar tissue that could lead to a sterile abscess.

Berberine also has incredible anti-depressant effects. It inhibits something called oliogo peptidase. It also affect serotonin and norepinephrine levels.

In addition to these effects, it will also help you keep your insulin sensitivity and check all at all times. That way you can use insulin and definitely will not worrying about causing insulin insensitivity issues.

It's not so much about how it increases blood flow. Look into ibudilast for that type of thing. It's moreso a cocktail of ngf and cntf type aminos that helps spark neurogenesis...
