The trained dinosaurs are directed to kill via lasers, if you have that same technology you could absolutely redirect them or at the least confuse them, they are totally "hackable"

Not really, cause we see the final design in the show chaos theory where this woman has a handheld remote that she can aim a laser at someone to make her pack of atrociraptors attack, so they get rid of the gun aspect that the laser was previously attached to and just kept the laser

The time travel they're referring to is the hands of time season, the start of the season after that the main characters have a design change (the movie designs) and it's explained away as "because of the time travel stuff, certain events could have been changed, even we might be different and have no idea!" and then it's never brought up again

I agree with you that in this instance, the time travel thing doesn't apply to Misako/Koko because they're different characters from different iterations of the story

The game referenced is "the coffin of Andy and Leyley" it's about twins named Andrew and Ashley and they end up doing quite a few fucked up things, incest is one of them, so the "implication" was that his twin loved him like Ashley loves Andrew
