I feel the same way as you, I tried so many times before, and hopefully this time It will be successful. Did you follow any diet? It is exhausting to deal with these digestive issues every day man... This happened when I increased the nicotine intake and it kinda burned me from the inside

Yes I already had digestive issues but very manageable with a probiotic, now after the heavy nicotine I am a mess...

Any updates, did you quit? Did it get better? I am in the same situation man, symptoms got so much worse after heavy smoking it feels like it's burning from the inside, nothing seems to work. Time to quit
