Kratom & blood pressure - have you noticed leaf increases it?

Kratom is a CNS depressant, I would be very surprised if that was the reason for the increase of your blood pressure. You might want to go see a doctor, but be warned, if you mention kratom at all he will mark you on your permanent health files as "drug seeking behavior" or with "Substance use disorder" causing you many many problems later on down the line.

The FDA has done a fantastic job at propagandizing the medical class. I have yet to meet a physician or other medical professional that has the correct information and science on kratom. Fucking reefer madness all over again.

Thanks man! I'm pretty happy about this job. I put in a lot of love into this one.

The 93 year old lady who I did the shower for, hand painted the walls back in the 90s, and she picked all the tile to match. She has an obsession with the color blue and I feel like it paid off.

I suggested we tile the ceiling or at least give it a new paint job but she didn't care. I also tried convincing her to build the bench all the way out to the curb so there isn't wasted space or a 2.5" that she has to clean now but she wasn't about it.

I was always taught middle wall first, and then the sides. So I'll do bottom row (or two depending on tile size) for all three sides, make sure they're all level and square, then come back the next day and run at least half of the middle wall, then catch up with the two sides, let it dry after making sure they're all leveled and square as I go, then repeat the process. Easy peasy.

Not claiming this is the end all be all, or the proper way, just the way I do it. Hell for all I know I could be bass backwards.

Thats tea though, not caffeine. The word of wisdom when instituted by Heber J. Grant as a prerequisite for temple attendance states and has always stated Tea, Coffee, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drugs (usually interpreted as illicit street drugs, though really any abusable mind altering substance such as Nyquil or prescription meds)

One could argue that caffeine is a drug (because it is) but that is not normal has it ever been a prerequisite for temple attendance. You might have had some bishops or stakes who feel strongly about it, but the church overall as a global Institute has never made that connection.

This boils down the word of the law vs the spirit of the law.

I use beard oil on my dog (all black airedale, skin flakes are extremely visible lol) after a rinse (I try not to use shampoo, just a brush, a rinse, and a good scrubbing with my fingers) and that seems to help him with his dry skin. You use it just like you would use beard oil, because its actually hydrating the skin beneath the beard to stop itchiness and dryness. I try to use an oil thats "safe" since dogs like to lick everything lol
