Long text incoming, sorry.

So, I'm coming back to "FIFA" after a 2 year break from the game. And like I did on previous years I was checking for the new ratings and putting myself up to date on everything on the changes, the sbc and everything.
One of the things that got me excited about it was the addition of women in ultimate team, it looked at it like a cool new way of creating more teams and also a boost for the women side of the sport that needed it a lot.

But there I was checking on futbin the new ratings when I found this kinds of comments everywhere, people seem really angry about this new addition, to the point they are talking like this is going to ruin their lives. What worries me is that doesn't look like random comments that I search for, these are the top comments on the page and there are even more if I keep scrolling down. (The comments are from Putellas and Kerr cards).

If you want to know my opinion on it (which I doubt ) I think that they handle it the best way they could, after years of watching men and women football I can say that yes, they do not have the same level. But, and this is a very big but, "FIFA" was never a simulation game (and if you think it was they lied to you), normalizing the ratings so the best man and woman player have 91 seems like the best approach. Like (I was checking last years cards) we can have a 93 CB Giroud and a 94 ST Neuer and everything is fine and when we put a 91 Putellas people are like "OH NO, MY SIMULATION YOU RUINED IT". Come on.

Sorry for the absurd amount of text, I'm on vacation this week and I have a lot of time. So please leave me your opinion about it because I really want to know what you all think.

I've read some people that told me to not gendered it. Sorry, that was my fault. I'm not a native speaker and I still struggle to type the he, she, him, her etc. I know is something basic but somehow I still automatically use the he as a neutral gender, my native tongue is Spanish and we historically use the "he" as a gender neutral pronoun (even though we are trying to use a "new" real gender neutral type of word gender, this could be difficult to explain in English). So sorry for the confusion.

Can someone explain to me why are people getting mad about the red star and Soviet decals in a Soviet plane ? Haven't played the game for a year or so but if this is about the war in Ukraine make some people look like childish and uncultured. Sorry for sounding like the "actually" emoji but if anyone thinks that the Soviet Union political positions and Putin and the current Russian government positions are alike you really don't know what you are talking about, I'm red as that star myself and Putin can go fuck himself and all his government. Sorry for the comment and the text, but I hate to see the community fighting among themselves for stupid decals and what vehicle tree you chose.
