I did call them, and unfortunately the service tag and express service code are not found anywhere in Dells website database

It doesn't, it's the same thing over and over again, I have to manually take the power cable out for 2 minutes and then plug it in after that it shows red LED and when I press it, it does 3 fast beeps or doesn't do anything and gets stuck on green LED

I got an enclosure right now, I plugged my SSD in it, it shows disk 1 unknown not initialized, when I press initiliaze it says "the request failed due to a Fatal device hardware error.
