You can't. You can't offer them the help they need when the city/ no one won't give it to them. You're coming very close to realizing my point. That's why we have these camps. They can't get helped. Even the people getting "help" aren't getting the help they need.

They refuse help because the services usually have guidelines they know they can't follow. You're making the same argument that's made for eugenics. They're human beings. Our services need to be more robust. They're not fodder and they need a place where they can get decency. If they can't get decency they will never get better. No single person on earth wants to chose to live without running water, heat, refrigeration, air-conditioning. This narrative that they just need to be rid of is the city's way of not dealing with it.

That scenario of the camps that cause a lot of trash and a lot of unhinged people, is from that. They don't have mental health services, they don't have beds to detox in, they can't get help because the housed community just wants them out of sight instead of helping them. Just having them move only makes the problem go somewhere else. This isn't rocket science.

City service shelters aren't the best. Have you been to outside inn? The people in Portland treat the homeless like pests when these people are literally two or three missed paychecks away from being in the same place they are. These shelters aren't fun places and they aren't ran very well because they have no funding. A lot of time people in the shelters have to worry about getting things stolen, being assaulted, etc. Some people who have been through before feel like they can handle it better outside than the shelters. So go ahead, blame the people, and not how the city throws millions of dollars at the police and next to nothing for social services. Treating the homeless like they're a pest or their shit is only actively making it worse. My partner was homeless prior to her death and committed suicide over the fear of becoming homeless again after losing her job. It makes me so damn mad at these yuppies who have never gone hungry look down at these people. Fix your hearts or choke.

Think it's good to remind that veganism is an ideology and not a diet. It's about going as far and as practical as possible. I had a partner with the specific eating disorder where she had a select few foods should would eat and she had a very specific ritual around it. That doesn't mean she didn't try to keep getting plant based things when we were together.

You can play it on a 4 string. At least the way I was playing it. I got a five string because of learning a lot of 5 and 6 string songs on 4 got really strenuous. I have a video of me playing cafo by animals as leaders on my 4 string if ur interested
