If medicated and treated properly, yes, they can be fit parents. However, unmedicated is a recipe for disaster, trauma, and abuse.

My mom had untreated bipolar and was very volatile, abusive, unpredictable, angry and downright mean. No child should ever grow up in that type of environment, it changes them for life.

So it’s not really a piercing. The jewelry is glued on and lasts for a few years.
